Trojan

Naval Integrations approached this project not as a cosmetic refit, but as a full systems-level modernization of a legacy marine platform. The Trojan F32—an iconic flybridge cruiser—provided a solid structural foundation, but decades of aging systems and incremental modifications had introduced significant reliability, safety, and maintainability risks. What appeared to be a standard interior update quickly revealed deeper systemic degradation beneath the surface.

The project began with a controlled disassembly of the vessel, exposing structural and electrical systems that are typically inaccessible in legacy platforms. This enabled a comprehensive assessment and the establishment of a true engineering baseline. Rather than attempting piecemeal repairs, Naval Integrations made the decision to fully replace the vessel’s electrical system, removing all legacy wiring, distribution components, and aged infrastructure. This ensured that no hidden faults, corrosion, or undocumented modifications would persist into the modernized platform.

Execution combined structural refurbishment with a complete electrical system redesign and installation. The subfloor and supporting materials were replaced with marine-grade construction, restoring integrity and longevity. Simultaneously, a new electrical architecture was implemented—featuring entirely new wiring harnesses, distribution pathways, and system components—engineered for reliability, clarity, and serviceability. The result is a clean, organized system that supports both current operational needs and future upgrades without the limitations of legacy design.

The final outcome is a vessel that has been fundamentally transformed—not just restored, but re-engineered for long-term performance and adaptability. This project highlights Naval Integrations’ ability to execute complex, multi-disciplinary modernization efforts, delivering fully integrated solutions that replace outdated systems with robust, future-ready architectures.
