55' Sea Ray
The 55-foot Sea Ray Restoration and Maintenance Project successfully returned the vessel to peak operational, mechanical, and cosmetic condition while establishing a comprehensive long-term maintenance program. The completed effort included a full assessment and refurbishment of the hull, propulsion systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing networks, navigation equipment, and onboard accommodations. Through a combination of corrective repairs and preventative maintenance actions, the vessel's reliability, safety, and overall value were significantly enhanced.
The restoration effort included the overhaul and servicing of critical mechanical systems, modernization of electrical and navigation components, necessary structural repairs, and the renewal of interior and exterior finishes. Hull surfaces, gelcoat, paint, upholstery, cabinetry, and deck hardware were restored to near-original condition, while engines, generators, and auxiliary systems were inspected, repaired, and tested to ensure dependable performance. Modern materials and technologies were incorporated where appropriate to improve efficiency and functionality while preserving the vessel's intended design and appearance.
Upon completion of the restoration, a structured maintenance program was implemented to support continued readiness and long-term asset preservation. Routine inspection schedules, preventative servicing requirements, corrosion control measures, and seasonal maintenance procedures were documented and adopted to ensure sustained performance. The completed project delivered a fully restored and professionally maintained 55-foot Sea Ray capable of providing reliable operation, enhanced aesthetics, and extended service life for future operations.
